Robert L Solt IV
Rob’s concentration is in the area of civil litigation. Rob received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College Of Law in 2011. While in Law School, Rob had internships with the Lucas County Probate Court, the Public Defender's Office in the Toledo Municipal Court, and the Prosecutors Office for the City of Maumee. Prior to joining HML, Rob built and maintained a successful private law practice representing clients in everything from traffic citations to complex high profile felonies. Once with HML, Rob spent several years as the prosecutor for the City of Rossford, and the Villages of Whitehouse and Delta. Rob's extensive courtroom experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system allowed him to aggressively prosecute crimes that occurred in Rossford, Whitehouse and Delta.
This prosecutorial mindset and comfort in the courtroom, has transitioned seamlessly into his civil litigation practice. Rob’s clients include small businesses and statewide corporations involved in contract and business disputes, various municipalities, families engaged in complex probate litigation and several home owner associations.
Rob is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Toledo Bar Association, and the Wood County Bar Association.
Rob is the former Vice President of the Rossford Business Association, a member of the Attorney Grievance Committee for the Wood County Bar Association and member of the Bar Admissions Committee for the Toledo Bar Association.
Rob resides in Perrysburg with his wife, Shannon and daughter Lilly. Rob is a lifelong resident of the Toledo Area. He graduated from Sylvania Southview High School, and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he double majored in Political Science and History. Rob is passionate about Ohio State football, Theodore Roosevelt, cooking and his labradoodle Gryff.
