John Lewandowski is a Partner at Heban, Murphree & Lewandowski, LLC, and his practice is devoted solely to probate litigation and inheritance disputes. He represents clients in Ohio estate conflicts involving contested assets, fiduciary issues, estate administration disputes, and other probate-related litigation where careful strategy and courtroom experience matter.
John is licensed to practice law in Ohio and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Michigan. He has argued cases before United States District Court judges, Ohio appellate courts, and the Ohio Supreme Court, giving clients the benefit of an attorney with meaningful experience at both the trial and appellate levels.

Since its inception, John has been with Heban, Murphree & Lewandowski, LLC. He resides in Toledo with his wife and children and continues to serve clients across Ohio in probate litigation and inheritance disputes.
